Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Chili Beans, Large Cans
  • 3 Cans Pinto Beans
  • 3 Cans Kidney Beans
  • 2 Cans Rotel, Flavor your choice
  • 1 Can Whole Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 Cup Green Chili's
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Lb Hamburger Meat 90% Lean, Optional
  • 1 Cup Mexican Blend Cheese, Garnish
  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips, Garnish
  • 4-5 Sprigs Cilantro, Garnish
  • 1 Cup Picante Sauce
  • 1 Onion, Optional
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves, Optional
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream, Garnish

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, garlic, green chili's, and jalapeno peppers in olive oil. Add hamburger meat. Cook through and add to crock pot.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream, cheese, cilantro and tortilla chips to crock pot set on low.
  3. Let cook 6-7 hours on low.
  4. To serve, spoon chili into soup bowls. Top each serving with sour cream, cheese, chips, and cilantro.
