Cookies with chocolate

Cookies in this recipe turns out softer than the original. You can eat it as with the tea, as with the cold milk. Preparing is easy and dissappearing is quickly:)

Ingredients for 30 cookies:

  • butter (250g)
  • brown sugar (150g)
  • sugar (100g)
  • 2 eggs
  • flour (480g)
  • salt (1/2 t.s.)
  • baking powder (1 t.s.)
  • soda (1/2 t.s.)
  • vanilla essence (1 t.s.)
  • chocolate (150-200g)


  1. Whisk butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. One by one add the vanilla essence and eggs, whisk after each. Add flour, sifted with salt, soda and baking powder, knead the dough.
  3. Chop the chocolate and add a dough.
  4. Mix.
  5. Form 30 balls from a dough and put them on the laid parchment over-tray.
  6. Send on the preheated oven to 190 degrees and bake 15-18 min. until the edges are not flushed.
