Direction to prepare: Cornish hens

wash cornish hens and rub on, cacun seasons, garlic, salt, garlic ,and onion power inside and out. set to the side. Take corn bread out of pan and break into small pieces and put in large bowl add wild rice with corn bread. Take your hands and mix bread and rice, then add bell pepper, onions, celery, hand mix all together.

Add: salt, pepper, sugar, broth, sage, poultry seasons and oil, pomento, continue to mix with your hands. your stuffing mix should be kind of stiff but pliable. in a large roasting dish put a layer of stuffing in the bottom of pan. Then stuff your hens with stuffing, and after you stuffed all your hens, if you have stuffing leftover, put it around the cornish hens. melt the butter and pour over hens. then bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 check to see if hens are done and golden brown.
