Cream Cheese Berry Dessert Recipes

Are you looking for simple recipes you can use to make delicious desserts that your friends and family will enjoy? Some of the most tasty – and easiest to make – desserts are made with cream cheese and berries. One of the best things about the summer months is the fact that fresh berries are so easily accessible and affordable. If you keep a few bricks of cream cheese and some fresh berries. on hand all the time, you'll always be able to whip up a delicious very dessert recipe in no time at all.

Simple Berry Tart


  • 1 roll of sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

Prearation Instructions

Preheat the oven as directed on the sugar cookie dough package. While oven is heating, place dough in an 8 ½ X 11 casserole dish and press flat to cover the bottom, forming the crust for the tart. Bake the cookie dough as directed on the package. Allow to cool.

While the cookie crust is cooling, mix the cream cheese and lemon juice together, stirring to combined. When the baked dough is cool, spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust. Arrange the berries on top of the cream cheese. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie


  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 packages of cream cheese (do not use fat free)
  • ¾ of a cup of sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 8 ounces of blueberry jam
  • 1 pint of fresh blueberries

Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is heating, melt the butter in the microwave. Mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs together, stirring to combine. Place the mixture in a 13 X 9 baking pan, pressing it flat and even to form a crust.

Spread the blueberry jam evenly on top of the graham cracker crust. Top the jam off with an even layer of fresh blueberries.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until it reaches a smooth consistency. Add the sugar, the eggs, and the vanilla, mixing to combine. Spread the mixture over the blueberry jam and fresh blueberries.

Place the prepared dessert in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely before serving. Be sure to store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

    The Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie recipe looks easy enough for even me. As soon as I can get some blueberries I am sure to try it. In South Africa berries can sometimes be very expensive.
