Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

This macaroni and cheese is homemade and delicious. It is cooked in a crockpot and comes out with a cheesy, creamy consistency. It is the perfect comfort food. It goes well with pork chops or chicken prepared on the grill, baked, or fried. It also goes well with any number of vegetable choices for a superb meal.

Cook time: 3 hours 20 min
Ready in: 3 hours 40 min
Yields: Several servings


  • 1 8oz box macaroni noodles, cooked & drained
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups block cheese spread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. When soft but firm, drain and place them in the crockpot.
  2. Add oil to the cooked noodles and toss.
  3. Mix all the rest of the ingredients in the crock pot.
  4. Cook until all the cheese is melted. This is usually 3 to 4 hours on low heat.
