Barbecue Rib Recipe

At our house we love our crockpot barbecue ribs. This is a really simple recipe for crockpot barbecue ribs. The reasons we love this recipe so much is there is no mess at all and the end product is simply to die for ! The slow cooking method makes the ribs tender and they just fall off the bone.

Ingredients

Barbecue Ribs in the Crock Pot
3 lbs. pork or beef ribs
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
kosher salt and cracked pepper
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Instructions

Put ribs standing upright in your crock pot. Pour in cooking sherry and water. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce,kosher salt and cracked pepper. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over top of your ribs. Cook on low approximately 8 hours. Serve with additional barbecue sauce for dipping.

      this is the 1st time i read an article that you can BBQ pork in a crockpot. Most recipes recommend to BBQ in an oven or open air BBQ grill. Seems that crockpot is useful in many ways. Very yummy photo you have here. Voted up
