Cupcakes for Two!

Updated on August 4, 2012
3.5 stars from 2 ratings of Cupcakes for Two

Dessert for 2 just got easier with this fantastic cupcake recipe! My husband and I love dessert, and it is so nice when you can make dessert that's just perfect for an after dinner treat! We enjoy smaller batch baking because it helps keep us in check with our sugar consumption, and has much less clean up than when we really take over the kitchen!

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 + a little extra teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  4. Add your favorite frosting!

This seems like a great way to keep your dessert portions small. :)
