DIY best chocolate cupcakes to amaze your friends and loved ones

When was the last time you really tasted best chocolate cupcakes? Most likely, it was years ago when an aunt or even your mom took time to bake best chocolate cupcakes that made everyone excited. On special occasions, mothers or aunts always serve the best chocolate cupcakes that would never fail to satisfy visitors and neighbors as they can smell satisfying aroma of chocolate. Nowadays, busy lives prevents people from baking and one alternative to have some best chocolate cupcakes would be to buy them at bakeries which can also cost a lot. Why not try making your own best chocolate cupcakes using this well-kept recipe? Simply follow the no fuss method and you'll taste again the best chocolate cupcakes you long for.

Ingredients:
* 1 poundbutter
* 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
* 2/3 cup dark brownsugar * 7eggs
* 6 ounces baker's unsweetenedchocolate
* 4 1/2 cupspastry flour
* 1 tspbaking powder
* 2 tspbaking soda
* 2/3 cupcocoa
* 2 tsp purevanilla extract
* 2 1/2 cups butter milk

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Beat the eggs and put aside.

3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over hot water and let it cool completely.

4. Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add the vanilla to the buttermilk.

5. Now add the the previosuly melted chocolate to the egg and butter mix. Mix alternately the dry ingredients as well as the buttermilk .

6. Place cupcake liners into muffin tins and fill them up halfway with the batter. This should produce between 18-30 cupcakes depending on the size of your tins.

7. Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

8. Add frost with butter cream only after the cupcakes are thoroughly cooled. Additional decorations can be made.

      Sounds yummy. I love baking cupcakes because they're so versatile and fun to decorate, but I haven't made any since being an empty nester. Will have to try this recipe next time I have kids visiting. Thanks for sharing it.
