Banana Slush

This is a refreshing drink to have on hand this summer.

The slush is kept frozen and when you want to serve it you thaw it slightly, then place a scoop in a glass and pour ginger ale over it.

The recipe makes about 25 cups of slush. I froze mine in smaller containers so that I can serve it to smaller groups several times throughout the summer.

Use 1/3 slush and add 2/3 ginger ale.

I forgot to make some this summer and I had friends who remembered it from last summer and requested it. Nice when you find a recipe that people enjoy and remember.
