Delicious Crock Pot Enchilada Pork Chops

Cast your vote for Enchilada Pork Chops

I love my Crock Pot. Pork chops in a crock pot are so easy and delicious. You don't even need a knife, fall apart tender.

Usually I make them with a can of Cream of Mushroom soup but I was out. I had a can of Enchilada sauce and thought it would work. Boy, was I right. This recipe will now be on the pork chop rotation. It is also a very cheap to make. I made enough to feed 4 people for under $7.

As you can see, pork chop falls apart. So Delicious. I add a little bit of lime too. Enjoy
