Delicious Low- fat fruit pancakes!
Delicious low-fat fruit pancake
1 handful of blue berries
1 handful raspberries
1 handful chopped strawberries
half-cup of non-sugared cream
- one and a half cup full of flour
- one and a half cup of low fat milk (mix together flour until it liquidizes)
- A small bit of low- fat butter (for frying)
(pour cream over pancakes and then add required fruit)
Heated- plate (room temperature)
...and finally your choice of fruit juice to top it all off, Absolutely delicious!
