Delicious Healthy Raw Vegan Ketchup Recipe
Ketchup is one of those delicious sauces that you might find yourself missing if you are living a raw vegan lifestyle. However, you don’t have to miss it because you can make your very own fresh, healthy and extremely tasty raw vegan ketchup at home. The ingredients are cheap, easy to find and all you need is a blender to prepare it. Anyone can do it! You can eat it with homemade fries, veggie burgers, wraps and your kids will love it too! This is an excellent way of introducing more fresh ingredients into your diet.
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked
½ cup chopped fresh tomato
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped dates
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, chopped
1. Put the sun-dried tomatoes, fresh tomato, red bell pepper, dates, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and garlic into a blender. Blend everything together until smooth; if you want more chunky ketchup do not blend until fully smooth.
You can enjoy your delicious raw vegan ketchup with homemade fries and veggie burgers.
