Delicious Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding Recipe
As a child I used to beg my Mom and Grandmother to make Rice Pudding. And this recipe is easy to make and has a delicious flavor you won't soon forget.
For Your Rice Pudding You Will Need.
6 Cups of Cooked White Rice.
1 Teaspoon Real Vanilla Flavoring.
3 Large Eggs Beaten Very Well.
1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg.
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon.
You will want to spray a casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray and set aside. Add all of your above ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into your prepared casserole dish and place into a 350 degree preheated oven. Cook for 45 minutes. Before you place your rice pudding into the oben sprinkle the top of your rice pudding with ground cinnamon.
You can if you wish make individual serving size rice puddings in mini casserole dishes.
