Sweet Salty and Crunchy

If you are craving something sweet, salty and crunchy I think this will hit the spot. Don't knock it till you try it.

Another way to have a sweet treat is add apple slices a dash of cinnamon put it in the microwave for 10 seconds. And enjoy a light apple pie without all the sugar and calories.

  • 1 Brown Rice Cake
  • 1 TBSP NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER
  • 1 MEDIUM BANANA OR APPLE, OPTIONAL

Enjoy this high protein snack

  1. Spread the peanut butter on the rice cake add slices of apple or banana and enjoy.
  2. CruncHy, sweet and salty.

      Is natural peanut butter lower in calories than regular peanut butter? I'm surprised this is considered healthy.

      Actually natural peanut butter is just peanuts crushed I normally buy mine from Whole foods with no added sugar or oils just crushed peanuts but you can use almond or sunflower etc... butters which may lower the calories and fats.
