Easy Egg and Sausage Casserole
This is a very easy recipe for an Egg and Sausage Casserole. I love to make this when I know the next morning will be kind of busy and I won't really have time to make breakfast for my kids. Hope you find it as simple and satisfying as I do.
One dozen eggs
4-5 slices of bread
1 lb. of sausage
1 tsp. of salt
3 cups of milk
2 cups of cheese
*Brown sausage then drain grease
*Mix your eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and sausage together in a large bowl
*Grease casserole dish
*Break up bread into peices and place on the bottom of your casserole dish
*Pour egg mixture over bread peices
*Cover dish and refrigerate overnight
*The next morning, remove cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
