Easy Healthy Flourless Pancakes!

Kid Friendly!!

These pancakes are surprisingly yummy and my very picky 3 year old ate them up plain!


  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp honey, optional


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until mixed
  2. Spoon onto preheated griddle for about a minute each side or to your liking. That's it! Serve 'em up with some fresh fruit, applesauce or peanut butter :)
