- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 small or 1/2 large Onion
- 3/4 Cup Saltine Crackers, Crumbs, Approximately 12
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, Twice
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup

- Pre-heat Oven to 350°
- Grease at 9.25" x 5.25" x 2.75" Pan
- Pack 1/2 cup Brown Sugar to the bottom
- Add 1/2 cup Ketchup on top of Brown Sugar

- Put "loaf" into your greased pan
- Top again with 1/2 cup Brown Sugar and 1/2 cup Ketchup
- Cook for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 20 mins. Look for grease and juices to begin to puddle around the sides. When this become excessive, remove from oven
- Prepare side items, cut into slices, and serve
