Easy Strawberry Cobbler Makes Mouths Water
If it was possible for you to look through my screen, you would immediately-notice that I have got a weight problem. Not a dangerous weight problem, but one that I can afford to lose a few pounds. And let me just say that not all diets work and not everyone who works can diet. What a dilemma.
But if one (me included) will stick to a moderate-amount of food being eaten, one can lose weight. Therein lies the "delicious problem": eating food that it is so good that you have to have seconds.
This dessert offering will satisfy any hunger to a point that they will not have to consume the entire pie. I know. I have tried this recipe and have enjoyed ONE piece of the pie. Which by the way was a moderate-size piece of pie.
Simple-to-Use Ingredients:
2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
2 or 3 c. strawberries
To Prepare These Delicious Ingredients:
Melt margarine in bottom of 9 x 13 – inch pan. Mix together sugar, flour and milk. Whip. Pour over melted butter (do not stir. Pour the strawberries on top. Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes or until golden brown. This recipe may be halved, for a smaller cobbler and this wonderful dessert will NOT last long.
