Easy Tart Cranberry Stuffing Recipe

Make this simple stuffing recipe next time you get the craving for an easy side dish. The cranberries give a slight tartness and good texture to the recipe. Serve with roasted turkey, chicken or pork.
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1/2 c fresh cranberries
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- In a large sauce pan, combine chicken broth, pepper, celery, cranberries, and onions. Heat until boiling. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add stuffing and mix lightly. Serve warm.
