Make Fast and Easy Home cooked Delicious KFC Chicken This Christmas! and New Year

A really delicious and tasty fried chicken with an essence of incredible taste and look,make you want more.I tried it last week and it came out fabulous !.If you want to bring KFC chicken at home, this is the yummy recipe & trust me its finger licking good..!.The KFC are very popular fast-food joints operating around the world.Originally originated from Kentucky,it has become a national pride for america.Thanks to Mr Harland Sanders for inventing it else the world would not have got the KFC.Although we cook fried chicken at home sometimes but nothing can match KFC.

I searched through the ingredients,instructions and followed many articles on How to make KFC chicken at home,finally after winding everything up i got this easy and fast recipe to make yummily KFC chicken at home.Enjoy it.

Cook Time

Cook time: 45 min
Ready in: 1 hour 15 min
Yields: Depends on the number of peoples you want to serve


  • 1/2 kg Chicken pieces with skin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 to 3 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Peeper Powder
  • 3 tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Oats
  • to fry Oil(olive oil/sunflower oil/mustard oil)
  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder

To Marinate the Chicken-

1.Lemon Juice-1 tbsp

2.Red Chilly Powder-1/2 tsp

3.Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp

4-Salt-1/2 tsp


  1. Wash and Clean the Chicken Pieces.
  2. Dry it using paper towel and keep it aside,
  3. Prepare Marinade with the specified ingredients above in a bowl.
  4. Now add the Chicken pieces to the Marinade and coat the chicken throught .
  5. Keep the marinade chicken isolate for about 1 to 2 hrs and cover the bowl cap.
  6. In another bowl,beat eggs and add milk.Whisk it properly to obtain a smooth mixture.

7.In a plate or bowl stir, plain flour , garlic pwd, onion pwd, red chilly pwd/ paprika, pepper pwd, bread crumbs, crushed oats & salt until well mixed.

8.Take some chicken piece,add it to the flour mixture and cover it all around.

9.Dip the covered chicken in the egg whisked mixture and cover the whole body of the chicken piece in the egg mixture.

10.Again mix the egg coated chicken to the flour so that the flour mixture is uniformly intact to the chicken piece.

11.Remove the excessive flour on the chicken piece by shaking and keep it aside.

12.No repeat the same process of dipping & covering for all chicken pieces till they’re generously coated.

13.In the meantime heat oil in the pan.

14.Add 3 to 4 chicken piece in the hot oil in the pan and deep fry it.

15.Turn down the flame to low medium and fry it until it turns to the desired colour i.e brown,just the way KFC chicken looks.

16.Turn over the pieces gently,every few minutes & cook to crisp.

17.Chicken is done when it is turned browned on all sides with a bit of crispiness.

18.Remove the chicken from the pan and also remove the excess oil from it by using a napkin.

19.Repeat the same process with all the chickens.

20.Your crisps and delicious homemade fried chicken is done and ready to serve.

21.The best way to enjoy it is with hot with tomato ketchup or any sauce..!.

Look this may not look or taste exactly the way KFC tastes but its definitely a sure-shot easy recipe to try out and enjoy with your family.
