Easy and Healthy Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup oats
Preheat your oven to 350°F. With a spoon (or your hands), mush up the banana. Add the oats and stir until well combined. Form cookies or drop globs of the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 9-12 minutes.

Okay, I'll admit these creations aren't exactly cookies; they're more like baked oatmeal treats. Similar to cookies, however, they leave your house smelling delightful and your mouth craving more. They're also better when they're warm and pair well with a glass of milk. They're the perfect alternative when you're craving something sweet but don't want to consume a heavy amount of calories.
