Easy healthy receipts: braised cabbage
This is a low calories recipe, ideal if you want to watch your figure, it can be served as accompaniment for a grilled steak or fish. It is a receipt from my mother, I am not a big fan of cabbage, but she loves it and asked me to post it online. So, here it is mom!
- 500 gr Cabbage, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 onion, shredded
- 1 yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Place half of the cabbage in a baking dish.
- Spread half the apple and onion, and spread half the yogurt and add salt and pepper.
- Put the other layer of cabbage, apples and onion and cover with the remaining yogurt and spread the nutmeg.
- Bake at medium heat for 20 minutes or until it looks good grilled.
