Easy Chicken Fried Rice

If you love rice as much as I do then you will love this tasty rice dish. It has the same taste that you can get at your favorite Chinese restaurant but this has no MSG, PLUS ITS HEALTHY AND EAY TO MAKE JUST, you know my motto is just super simple but with lots of flavor.

Chicken Fried Rice,,,Make It A Meal

Like I said to you before this recipe is super simple all you need is 30 minutes for some great tasting fried rice.

In a large skillet, add 2 tablespoons of margarine then add 1/2 cup of vermicelli rice mixture and saute on medium heat until vermicelli is goldenbrown stirring frequently.

Slowly stir in 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock

2 tablespoons of finely chopped carrots

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

A pinch of salt and pepper

Add 1 pound of boneless uncooked chicken breast cut up into cubes seasoned lightly with salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to a low simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed.

Increase the heat to medium, add 2 beaten eggs to the skillet cook and stir until eggs are set about 2 minutes then at this point you can add your frozen peas let cook a couple of more minutes on low then serve, all these flavors blend together to make a great tasting dish. ENJOY!

      Vacation Trip: To me this is a easy way to make a good quick meal there are time when people really don't have time to stay in the kitchen.
