      It is so important to eat raw foods to be healthy. Good for the kids, and good for all of us. I have to admit that I love my fruits the most, and then vegetable with some kind of yummy dip or dressing.

      very informative lens on raw foods. raw food naturally assists detoxing our body. Once we eat plenty of healthy raw food, we are most certainly getting plenty of fiber, allowing our body to release mucus, toxins, and accumulated waste. ~blessed~

      I've never heard of Mango Pie. I will have to try it some time. I can see how easy it is to work more of the raw foods diet into my current diet. I eat fruits, veggies and seeds/nuts raw, but I still do a bunch of cooking and baking items like apple pie or sweet potato pie. Looking forward to some more raw food goodness. Thanks for the lens.

      These recipes are great. I would to try these out not just fr the kids but for me and my husband as well. I am trying to lose weight and Im doing a routine called Fatburning Furnace (I got it off a site called Exerciseaholics) and these will definitely help me with my battle with the bulge. I love it
