Eat Organic

 Eating organic can help you lose extra pounds. Organic meats, fruits, vegetables are grown and treated without hormones, perservatives, pesticides or other harmful chemicals. When the nutrients in an organic fruit or vegetable are compared to their traditional counterparts they've been found to have significantly more beneficial substances. In some cases, there are as many as three times the amount of certain beneficial nutrients found in organic foods. Our bodies are designed to process the perservatives and artificial chemicals used in commerical production of non-organic food. This causes excess stress on the live, the build up of hazardous chemicals in fat cells and increased accumulation of stored fat. When you eat natural organic food your body can digest it quickly and efficiently, which increases your metabolic rate and burns calories

Lean Chicken Bites

Cooking Spray

2 skinless chicken breast, (organic raw)

1/4 cup egg whites

1/3 cup instant oats

1/4 cup sliced almonds, crushed

1 tbsp italian seasoning

  sea salt and ground pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.Cut chicken into strips to coat.

In a blender, combine oats, almonds and seasonings. Place chicken strips in a large ziiplock bag with the oat mixture and shake.

Remove chicken from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

This is really a great tasty healthy dish its finger licking good and to keep it really healthy here is a recipe for a healthy dipping sauce it's really easy to make and taste good also.

Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce

2 tbsp each greek yogurt, low-fat yogurt, ranch dressing, and hot taco sauce.

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together and serve.
