Eggless chocolate cake

Chocolate Cake


one and a half cup flour
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda(leveled)
half tsp salt(leveled)
1 cup sugar (powdered)
half cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp white vinegar

Preparation of cake:-

Preheat the  oven to 375 degree F (190 degree C). Use a small sized pan (without being greased ). Mix all the dry ingredients right in pan it self.And  mix all the other ingredients in a separate bowl) . Add wet ingredients to the dry ones and blend until all dry ingredients mix with the wet ingredients. Add the vinegar finally(quickly) and stir well, instantly put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. take it out of the oven and cool it nicely.reverse the pan and take out the cake on the plate or on paper then reverse it and cut into pieaces and serve.
If you wish to add  nuts, frozen cherries, raspberries or cranberries add them after adding the vinegar, on top of the batter (or you can mix them while mixing other ingredients in the pan )
