My entire family, including my husband and children, likes to eat bananas.

These fruits provide us with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, so we're not anymore taking in multi-vitamins. As a result, we saved money.

During Saturdays and Sundays, we treat ourselves with banana cake and banana smoothies. Our weekends are not complete without eating those foods.

One of the best foods that you can eat today are bananas. They're loaded with essential nutrients, including vitamins and minerals.

Bananas that we love to eat are as follows:

buro bananas - they are slightly lemony and tangy. They are also called orinoco, horse, or hog bananas.

blue java bananas - they are chubby bananas with creamy white flesh. These bananas are perfect to be made into ice cream.

manzano bananas - they are also called apple bananas. they are usually short chubby bananas with mild flavor.

plantains - they are normally cooked and served like vegetables. they have high starch content and are not overly sweet.

cavendish bananas - one of the most in demand bananas in the United States of America. they can be regular, dwarf, or giant in sizes, though the latter are hard to find.

Bananas are one of the healthiest foods on earth. They are rich in potassium, pectin, magnesium, and vitamin C.

These fruits are good for your heart. They're after all overflowing with potassium, a mineral that will keep your heart beat normally.

Due to high levels of tryptophan, which the body converts to serotonin (the mood elevating brain neurotransmitter), bananas can be helpful in overcoming bad or negative emotion.

They are good for your bones as they contain calcium, a mineral that will keep bones healthy and strong.

They can prevent kidney cancer as they contain high levels of phenolic compounds, an antioxidant.

Those are just some of the many health benefits that you'll get from bananas. So incorporate these fruits in your daily diet now.

I eat bananas after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That's a habit of mine that I plan to do for the rest of my life.

These fruits are super healthy. They make my skin glowing. They're good for my overall wellness or fitness.

I get my daily dose of vitamins and minerals by eating these fruits on a regular basis. So buying and taking in capsules containing vitamins and minerals is no more necessary. Thus, I saved money.

My favorite types of bananas are plantains, silk bananas, apple bananas, and Cavendish.

My favorite banana desserts, on the other hand, are caramelized plantains - deep fried in vegetable oil, banana split, banana cake, and banana shakes or smoothies - perfect drinks during summer.

I can't live without these fruits, that's for sure!

Of all fruits, bananas are my favorite.

      Why?

Because they're loaded with vitamin a, b, and c, and packed with minerals, sugar, and fiber, and can provide energy as well.

Because banana cake is my comfort food. I always paired it with ice cream or condensed milk.

Because I cooked plantains every other day. I shared it to my entire family and, sometimes, to my friends.

Because I eat Cavendish or silk bananas after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is such a healthy dessert.

Because I eat these fruits before, during, and after doing household chores. Need not to worry about gaining weight as these fruits are low in calories.

Cavendish are the most sold bananas in the United States of America. Over 95 percent are sold in the USA with these types of bananas.

Chunky bananas or burro are fatter and stubbier than Cavendish bananas. The former are grown to a large degree in Mexico.

Apple bananas or manzano are bananas with complex scent, marked by intense apple-tart aroma. They're also firmer than that of Cavendish bananas. They're originally from Central and South America.

Red bananas are one of the most delicious bananas in the world. They have creamy texture and sweet taste.

Here are the things that I can share about bananas.

The old scientific name of these fruits is Musa sapientum. Unfortunately, that scientific name of banana is no loner used.

Musa acuminata and Musa balbisiana are two scientific names of bananas that are used presently.

Plantains and silk bananas are two of my favorites among bananas. With plantains, I normally cooked them and served in the middle of the afternoon as snack. With silk bananas, I usually consumed them fresh or when fully ripened.

Plus, these fruits are overflowing with vitamin a, b, and c, and minerals. Thus, excellent for your overall well-being.

These fruits are filled with complete vitamins, namely, vitamin A, vitamin B, and vitamin C.

They are also an excellent source of potassium. Thus, if you lack potassium and you don't want to ingest capsule, the best thing that you can do is to eat bananas. And you're good to go!

Banana fruits grow in clusters. The cluster of fruits contain anywhere from 50 to 150 bananas. They are also elliptically shaped fruits.

Bananas are excellent source of vitamin B6. They're also a good source of biotin, copper, dietary fiber, ascorbic acid, and potassium.

They are known to prevent high blood pressure and heart attacks. That's mainly because they contain potassium.

Favorite bananas of mine are lacatan, lady finger, silk, and cardaba bananas. I have all these fruits at home.

I considered bananas as versatile fruits. They can be eaten fresh when they're fully matured or ripened, and they can also be grilled or cooked.

When I was younger, I used to eat lots of banana cue. I like the caramelized sugar in it. Plus, they're cheap and almost available everywhere here in my municipality.

Bananas are the reason why I'm in good shape today.

I'm able to have lots of energy naturally.

I'm able to stabilize my weight, blood sugar, and blood pressure.

I'm able able to acquire sugar naturally.

I'm no more lethargic and unfocused.

Bananas are excellent fruits to eat when you need potassium as these fruits are packed with potassium. What's great about these fruits is that they're almost accessible everywhere and affordable so there's no reason why you can't have them today.

I like yellow bananas more than the green ones. I usually eat them along with sorbet. Or I sprinkled them with honey at times.
