Eating bananas on a daily basis is tantamount to taking in vitamins and minerals everyday. Why? That's mainly because these fruits are loaded with various kinds of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Riboflavin, Folate, Choline, Manganese, Potassium, Iron, and Zinc, among others.

Further more, bananas are healthy, edible fruits chock-full with fiber, both insoluble and soluble. They are either colored yellow or green. They are available in different shapes and sizes as well.

      I eat bananas almost everyday. Aside from the fact that they're affordable to buy, they're packed with essential nutrients as well. By eating these fruits, I get free vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

      Banana shakes and banana pudding are my favorites among banana dishes. I just can't say no to those dishes. I considered those dishes as my comfort foods.
