      I used bananas as my snacks because they can provide me with tons of energy and sugar. Plus, they're low in calories, so all in all, these fruits are excellent for my health.

      I eat bananas almost everyday. Aside from the fact that they're affordable to buy, they're packed with essential nutrients as well. By eating these fruits, I get free vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

      Banana shakes and banana pudding are my favorites among banana dishes. I just can't say no to those dishes. I considered those dishes as my comfort foods.

      Loved bananas. These fruits can give you complete vitamins (Vitamin A, Vitamin B, and Vitamin C). They are my go to foods when I'm low in spirit. I eat banana cake and slurp banana shake once in a week. Both foods are super delicious.
