Delicious Baked Tilapia

Here you get so much flavor with so few ingredients and I guarantee you that almost anyone will love delicious baked tilapia. If your currently fishing around for a delicious healthy recipe for your family then you've found one of the best ever.

A quick and easy crumb topping makes this an ideal busy night recipe that will have people thinking you have spent all day cooking this when you can really have this delicious dish on your table in 30 minutes or less.

1. 1 Cup Soft Italian Bread Crumbs.

2. 1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese.

3. 1 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic.

4. 1 Teaspoon Ground Italian Seasoning.

Tilapila Fillets, as many as needed to serve your family or guests.

Combine ingredients 1-4 in a large bowl and mix together well. Dip your Tilapila Filet in a beaten egg bath and then into the breading mix.

Bread your filets and bake at 425 degrees until your fish is golden brown. About 8-10 minutes.

Sauteed Corn with Tomatoes and Basil Recipe

Here's a delightfully delicious recipe to go with your baked tilapia above.

For You Recipe You Will Need.

1. 2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Corn.

2. 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil.

3. 4 Cups of Cherry Tomatoes cut in half.

4. 1 Teaspoon Salt.

5. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.

6. 4 Fresh Basil Leafs Diced Fine.

In a large skillet sauté your corn until it is tender. Then add in your tomatoes, salt , and pepper and cook for 2 minutes longer. Now remove from the heat and sprinkle on your fresh chopped basil.
