    MMMMMMMM some good suggestions. I love the marinated green beans!

    Sometimes I just buy a can of "THREE BEAN SALAD" and add a can of pimentoes, , a tablespoon of red wine vinegar, and 1/2 sliced onions. Chill.SO oooo good.

    I really like Pineapple casserole and the great all time favorite "tater salad" but it's got to have the eggs and onions to be good.

    I agree side dishes can be easy yet great. A couple cans of fruit cocktail, a bag of crushed walnuts and whipped cream easy but good!
