Puddings are so many types. Fruit pudding, cake pudding, vegetable pudding, egg pudding etc.

This fish pudding contains not only the taste of fish, but also the potato, tomato sauce, butter etc.

The most important thing in this dish is the main content, fish. We all know fish have a separate smell. But in this recipe contains no such smells. If we heard the word Pudding, we have a picture or a structure of dessert in our mind. This is not a dessert, but I give you a wonderful treat.

I think I'll have to give this a go! It looks pretty easy (dare I say it) even though I usually avoid cooking fish as I'm so bad at it. Thanks for the inspiration Haseena. Matt
