Sometimes there will not be any match between mouth and stomach. Mouth likes something and stomach needs something. Taste buds are there in mouth so usually give preference to first one. If we do not control it will leads to the failure of our body. How much we control outside food items, that much good for our health. Fried food items will affect our health badly. Not only fried the creamy food also will affect.


Fibers are the brush, which will clean our, will help to remove the unwanted fat and dirt from our body through excretion. Fibers are there in all types of vegetables. Fibers are there in seeds and outer coating of vegetables. Before using it, do not forget to wash it thoroughly. Lentils, peanuts and spinaches are rich with fibers. These are rich with iron absorb these iron in to body there should the presence of Vitamin-C and protein, so consume more amount of fruits, lemon, gooseberry also important to our body.
