Updated on June 7, 2012

Sometimes there will not be any match between mouth and stomach. Mouth likes something and stomach needs something. Taste buds are there in mouth so usually give preference to first one. If we do not control it will leads to the failure of our body. How much we control outside food items, that much good for our health. Fried food items will affect our health badly. Not only fried the creamy food also will affect.

Fibers are the brush, which will clean our, will help to remove the unwanted fat and dirt from our body through excretion. Fibers are there in all types of vegetables. Fibers are there in seeds and outer coating of vegetables. Before using it, do not forget to wash it thoroughly. Lentils, peanuts and spinaches are rich with fibers. These are rich with iron absorb these iron in to body there should the presence of Vitamin-C and protein, so consume more amount of fruits, lemon, gooseberry also important to our body.

Control palm oils. Since it contain the saturated fat it is very harmful to our is better to store two or three different types of oils. If there is four members in a house, it is better to use one litter of oil per is better to use palm and flower oil alternately.

We need only one-teaspoon oil per day. Control the use of coconuts if you use coconut per day is better. Try to avoid ghee as if will increase fat in our body outside food items it is included badly. If you used to have rice regularly, three times its better to replace one time with wheat. Wheat contains fibers.

Consume milk by avoiding forth. Since milk contains calcium, which is good for bone, we can have it until thirty years of age. Daily we can use two glass of milk.

Make fruits as your habit. The water content of fruits are very good for our contains eighty percentage of water meat it is fifteen is better to have at least four tomatoes per day.

Onions will control will help to expanding capacity of blood vessels. Meat contain large amount of proteans. But if you consume more meat the excess protein will make problem in our 75grams of meat there is 7.5grams of protein. We need maximum of 1gram of protein per day. That is the reason why doctors prefer to control non-veg: foods.

Experts say that from the age of 1year the deposition of fat in our body will start. Children need more fat and proteins for it is good to give eggs to yoke there are rich mount of vitamin-A and calcium. For adults consuming an egg per week is good.
