Four ingredient Alfredo sauce
Creamy, dreamy and so easy to make. Working along side an old italian chef named Joe, he taught me how extremely easy this sauce is to make.
Great thing about alfredo is it is so versatile. Here are a few vegetable and meat stir in suggestions, just make sure to let pan cool back down to low setting before starting the alfredo directions in same pan.
Fresh mushrooms and sirloin-Cut sirloin in 1 inch cubes, pan grill meat and mushrooms(sliced in 1/2 in. slices)until meat is cooked.
Tomatoes and shrimp-Half and then slice tomatoes thin, pan grilling with whole raw shrimp until meat is cooked.
Frozen peas, bacon pieces, and chicken breast-Pan grill ingredients until meat is cooked.

- Yields: 5- 1/2 cup servings
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp. butter
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- Slowly heat butter, cream and butter untill close to boil
- Add cheese and stir well
- Pull off heat and serve over pasta, vegetables or meat
