French toast wraps-Fruit filled

total time 25 min. serves 2

1 egg

1/4 cup 2o/o milk

1 teas. cinnamon

1/2 teas. numeg

2 whole wheat tortillas (8 in.)

2 teas. butter

2/3 cup sliced strawberries

2/3 cup fresh blueberries

2/3 cup sliced ripe banana

1 carton (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup granola

1 teas. powdered sugar

In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg, milk, cinnamon , and nutmeg. Dip both sides of the tortillas in egg mixture. In a non-stick skillet, cook tortillas in butter over a medium-high heat for 2 min. on each side or until a golden brown.

In a small bowl, combine berries, banana, yogurt and granola. Spoon down the center of the tortillas. Roll up; sprinkle with powdered sugar..Serve immediately.

You can always use raspberries or blackberries or any fruit you wish..I also use organic everything....Not necessary though..Enjoy :o)
