In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch with a little milk. Reserve in the fridge.
Put the remaining milk in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick, lemon rind and sugar. Heat until it begins to boil.
Lower the heat, remove the cinnamon stick and the lemon rind. Add the mixture from step 1 while stirring.
Stir the mixture until it thickens.
Once the mixture is thick, remove from heat.
Oiling a rectangular mold and pour the mixture into it. Let cool in the refrigerator.
Beat the two eggs.
When the crust is cold, cut into squares. Spread dough with eggs first and then with a little flour.
Put the dough to fry in a pan with olive oil.
Once the dough is fried, spread with sugar and cinnamon powder.
