Delicious Carrot Dessert

- Take 5 medium fresh carrots.
- Take 5 medium fresh carrots.
- Peel and wash it.

- To prepare the Gajar Halwa the ingredients are :   - Pure Ghee or Dalda, 2 tbs.  - Cashews, 3 to 4 cut into small pieces.  - Almonds, 3 to 4 cut into small pieces.  - Raisins, 5 cut into small pieces.  - Milk, 3/4 of glass.  - Sugar, 6 to 7 tbs.  -

PREPARATION:-   Heat pan or kadai add grated carrot , ghee and fry for 5 to 10 minutes in a high flame until carrot is in golden color.   - Reduce the flame in medium and add milk , sugar, cashews, almonds , cardamom powder and raisins to it and stir
