Get refreshed by Nimbu Shikanji (lemonade)
- 1 ½ cup Lemon juice
- 3 ½ cup Sugar
- 1 ¼ tbsp Black Salt ( kala namak)
- 2 ¼ tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- Mix together the sugar, lemon juice, black salt and roasted cumin powder in a bottle and place it in direct sunlight for about six to seven days, till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Shake the bottle once daily. Pour two tablespoons of the syrup into a glass, top it up with one cup of chilled water or club soda, stir and serve immediately.
