Ghorme Ki Sabzi Recipe
Ghorme ki sabzi is a well known healthy nutritious dish of Iran. People around the world like this dish very much. They want to make it, eat it and share it with friends and family.
- 250 gms Beef
- 100 gms Spinach
- 100 gms Parsley
- 100 gms Dill
- 1 Lemon
- 2 to 4 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 2 Onion
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Khorme Preparation steps
- Take all the herbs and vegetables, wash them in water.
- Chop the herbs, vegetables and onion into small pieces
- Take a pan, add cooking oil to it. Heat it to mild temperature.
- Add herbs and vegetables to this pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Take another pan and cooking oil to it.
- Heat the oil to mild temperature. Add onion pieces into it.
- When the onion pieces color starts to turn golden brown add beef pieces to it.
- Add turmeric, salt and pepper to taste to the mixture of beef and onion.
- Add 2 cups of water to the beef pan and cover the pan with lid.
- Cook this mixture for 20 minutes.
- Take the first pan in which you have cooked vegetables. Add salt and pepper to the taste.
- When the beef mixture got cooked, add the vegetable and herbs mixture to the beef mixture pan.
- Finally cook for few more minutes, to mix the mixture well.
- Khorme is ready to serve. Garnish it and serve it to the four people.
