  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Flakes Garlic
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch piece cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 Tsp Ghee or Butter
  • 2 tsps Oil
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 Tsps Butter


  1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper powder. Mix a teaspoon of water to that. Boil Potatoes. Peel and mash. Chop onions and tomatoes finely. Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Heat a teaspoon of butter or ghee and fry the cinnamon, cloves, garlic and the green chillies. Grind it to a fine paste. Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry the onions for a minute. Add ground mixture and tomatoes. Fry until all the moisture evaporates from the tomatoes. Add the cauliflower pieces (keep them in boiled water for a few minutes and remove the water before this) Fry until the cauliflower becomes soft. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and mix the mashed potatoes to this. Remove from fire after a few minutes.
  2. Now heat butter in a shallow frying pan. Pour half of the egg mixture in the centre, arrange the complete cauliflower mixture on top. Reduce flame cover with a lid and keep till the egg mixture sets underneath. Take two flat ladles and very carefully turn the mixture upside down. Pour little oil if necessary. Simmer on reduced flame till the complete egg mixture sets Remove from fire and serve hot with finely chopped onions, coriander leaves and tomato sauce.
