Ginger pork

Updated on August 3, 2012

Another quick and easy recipe with minimal ingredients. This is a great recipe to whip up in less than 30 mins. This is a great dish to pack for lunch as well. I like to pack an lunch box with rice, kabocha, shredded cabbage and ginger pork.

This is a simple recipe and one that provides a lot of benefits in one meal. Your lunch suggestion is a good one, I would truly enjoy during a break from work.

I make lunch for my mother everyday. And for my children when they have fields trips. I try to make her dishes that she would have to warm up. (she hates any form of cooking). This dish is quick, super easy and holds well at room temp.
