Foil Meal Ingredients - for Four Meals

6 medium size potatoes - peeled and cut into pieces

1 lb of ground beef

4 cups of small carrots or peel and cut 3 large carrots into small bite-size pieces

2 sticks of butter

1 medium-sized sweet onion - 1/2 chopped fine - 1/2 pull apart in larger rings

Preparing ingredients

Preheat oven to 400*. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Use small carrots or cut large carrots into small bite-size pieces. Mix ground beef with 1/2 chopped onion. Form 16 meatballs. Cut butter into chunks.

Place 4 meatballs, 1/4 of potato chunks, 1/4 of the carrots , 3-4 onion rings and 1/2 stick of butter in each meal packet.

Place potatoes, carrots, meat balls and 1/2 stick of butter in foil. Add additional raw onion rings if desired. Seal meal in foil.
