How to Make Grilled Chicken Nachos

Simple and Delicious!!!

Hi! I wanted to share with you another simple recipe that I make for my family! This time out it's my Grilled Chicken Nachos and are they delicious! I marinate boneless chicken breasts for a few hours and then grill either indoors or out. Chop them up and serve over tortilla chips topped with a hot cheese sauce, pico de gallo, sour cream and some of my homemade canned jalapeno slices. These things are great!

My Grilled Chicken Nachos

2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 T worchestershire sauce

2 T Italian salad dressing

cajun seasoning

i can or jar of your favorite cheese sauce

2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

1/2 white onion, chopped

1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Tortilla chips

Pickled jalapenos

Sour cream

Begin by mixing worchestershire sauce. Italian dressing and Cajun seasoning together in a ziploc bag big enough to hold the chicken breasts. Place breasts in bag removing as much air as possible and seal. Place on plate in refrigerator for a couple hours. When ready to grill, prepare outdoor grill or indoor grill and cook breasts until done. Discard remaining marinade. While breasts are cooking heat cheese sauce in microwave or on stovetop. Mix chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers and cilantro together in a large bowl to make pico de gallo. Place several tortilla chips on a large plate. Chop breast and place some meat over chips. Top that with some of the heated cheese sauce, sour cream, pico de gallo and jalapenos! Serve with an ice cold Mexican beer!
