Grilled Salmon Anyone?

Wood-Grilled Salmon

Nothing like fresh salmon that does not have a fishy taste and flakes perfectly.

Tickle Those Taste Buds

Are you a big fan of seafood? Do you love the taste of fresh grilled salmon that doesn’t have a fishy taste to it? Then I am suggesting a perfect place to try a very great wood-grilled salmon with a marvelous garlic dill dipping sauce. You won’t find this dish I’m talking about at any seafood chain. You will find it however, at a steakhouse.  I am speaking about the wonderful steakhouse, Logan’s Roadhouse. Here you can enjoy great steaks with just about any cut that you could want. Also, cooked to any way you choose to having you steak done. But the steaks, in my opinion, aren’t the best thing on the menu. They offer an excellent wood-grilled salmon.

I love to eat fish and salmon by far is one of my favorite types of fish I like to consume. Logan’s has got cooking this salmon down to a science. It flakes apart so easily, that it is always cooked to perfection. With a nice sear on the outside and a warm smoky grilled center, this salmon is my favorite dish Logan’s has to offer. The kicker to this dish is the elegant garlic dill sauce for dipping. I was hooked after my first bite with the dipping sauce. Though Logan’s is known for their wonderful steaks, I suggest trying the salmon there. It is well worth the chance of trying something new. Plus, when a restaurant allows you to throw peanut shells on the floor, Logan’s makes every dinning experience that much more fun.

This is still one of my favorite ways to cook salmon. I have tried some other ways as well. Recently I have been using fresher style filets. I have also been cooking them with the skin on. Now that we have gotten these grilling mats, the salmon gets a bit crisper without flaking apart and falling through the grill when I take them out of the foil packets.
