Guacamole Tomatillo Mexican Sauce

Updated on May 4, 2017

Guacamole Tomatillo Dip

Guacamole dips are pretty much common in many parties. However, this specific recipe is one of its kind. I used it in many barbeques and parties that I've hosted and by far it has been a hit. This is spicy and therefore, if you need to ease up on the spice, lesson the amount of peppers you add to the mixture. On the other hand, if you are like me and enjoy a spicy dip, you can add more peppers.

I've added this to my meals as well in substitution of hot sauce. Goes great with rice, tacos, tortas, and even a burger. You will find this to be a delight to your meals and your guest will definitely request a copy of the recipe.

  • 4 Avocados
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 5 Tomatillos
  • 4 Jalapenos Peppers
  • 4 Habanero Peppers
  • 1/2 Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup of Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Lime

Step 1:

Boil Jalapeno peppers, Habanero Peppers and Tomatillos (make sure to remove the husk).

Step 2:

Drain the boiling water and place contents into blender, along with Avocados, minced garlic and salt and blend.

Step 3:

Place contents of blender into a bowl, mix in the onions and cilantro. Add lime juice to taste.

Serve and Enjoy
