Mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt,1/2 teaspoon of white pepper and 2 tablespoon of corn flour and mix well and marinate chicken breast and shrimps.
Fry garlic until it becomes golden brown.
Mix marinated chicken and shrimps along with 1/2 teaspoon of salt,1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, ketchup,vinegar,chilli garlic sauce,sugar and chicken stock.
Add chopped carrot, capsicum,cabbage,onions, spring onions and cook for 2 minutes.
When it comes to boil mix 2 tablespoon of corn flour so that the sauce becomes thick.
Put boiled noodles in one plate and mix sauce.
Garnish it with fried egg.
