Yields: serves two

Ingredients

  • 10 slices canned peaches in juice, drained
  • 1 tsb un-salted butter
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsb nut meg
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 cup Bisquick complete
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Divide butter in half and place in two ramekins. Melt butter for 20 secs in micro wave Set aside
  3. .Mix sugars, cinnamon, nut meg and peaches in a small bowl. Set aside
  4. Mix Bisquick and water with a spoon in a small bowl until til smooth. Poor half of mixture into each ramekin and top each with half of peach mixture.
  5. Place ramekins in oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
