Yields: serves two
Ingredients
- 10 slices canned peaches in juice, drained
- 1 tsb un-salted butter
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsb nut meg
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 cup Bisquick complete
- 1/2 cup water


- Preheat oven to 350
- Divide butter in half and place in two ramekins. Melt butter for 20 secs in micro wave Set aside
- .Mix sugars, cinnamon, nut meg and peaches in a small bowl. Set aside
- Mix Bisquick and water with a spoon in a small bowl until til smooth. Poor half of mixture into each ramekin and top each with half of peach mixture.
- Place ramekins in oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
