Yields: Serves two


  • 6 - 8 Chicken wings
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • 2 Sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, pealed
  • 3 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Smoked paprika, to taste


  1. Wash chicken wings and place on paper towel to drain
  2. Season wings with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika
  3. Place all other ingredients in food processor and blend 'til smooth. (Use a rubber spatula to push ingredients off sides and continue blending)
  4. Place seasoned wings in a freezer bag and pour blended ingredients over chicken. Marinade at least two hours. Over night is even better. The longer you marinate the better the flavor!!
  5. Grill chicken (approx. 10 minutes on each side) until done.
