When you go to sleep your metabolism actually goes into pre-death state and thus your body looses energy and power. When you wake your body is now searching for that kick in power to get it off to a smooth start. When it doesn't find that power it get graggy and tired and becomes dis-pleased with you and may even just shut down altogether.

Giving Your Teeth a Break
When you get up in the morning, you can still have a healthy breakfast with out cranking up the old wooden stove and shoving that fifty year old frying pan on that blazing fire. Give your teeth a break and lets make a healthy breakfast power drink which has the taste and power to get you off to a blast in the morning and maintain that momentum. By the way, if you are one of those persons who are what is termed "far from your kitchen" meaning that you cannot boil an egg to save your life! no worries as all you need to make one of these power drinks is a juice make and electricity!

My Healthy breakfast power drink doesn't look at your job type but what your body needs in the morning to tackle any task. So if you are a pencil pusher or pushing some serious weights. You can be sure that the Healthy Breakfast Power Drink will give you the vim, vigor and vitality to conquer and devour any task.
1. The Juggernaut Breakfast Shake!
Now lets get to the "drink" of the matter. Lets get on with preparation for the best tasting, protein and vitamin filled breakfast power drink you will ever make in your lifetime. I introduce to you; the JUGGERNAUT BREAKFAST SHAKE.
Ingredients - Serving Size: 1 person
- 1/2 cup raw peanuts
- 2 egg (white part only as it contains the proteins)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup ginseng extract
- 1/4 cup Guinness
- 1 cup Irish moss
- 1 cup carrot juice
- Add peanuts to blender
- Add carrot juice
- blend both ingredients until mixture becomes smooth and creamy
- add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend for 15 seconds. (It doesn't matter what order you pour in the remaining ingredients.)
- Pour out the healthy breakfast Juggernaut power drink and enjoy!
The Kryptonite Blocker
You went to bed feeling like superman and woke up feeling as though Lex Luther placed Kryptonite under your pillow and drained all you super powers. What you need for that feeling is the Breakfast Power Drink I call the KRYPTONITE BLOCKER! Once you body consumes this breakfast power drink you will be a force to reckon with once more and nothing at the office will be able to stop neither your fingers or pen! Lets Go.
- 1 piece of blue krypton (OK, if you can't get blue krptonite we can leave that one out)
- 1 table spoon of coffee
- 1/4 ounce ginger
- 1/2 cup corn flakes
- 2 Nice Juicy Tomatoes
- 1 ounce of wheat-grass Juice
Preparation: Serving Size 1 Person
- Place blue kryptonite in your pocket
- Place ginger in blender and add 1/2 Liter of water
- Blend for about 2 minutes
- Use a strainer to dispose of ginger sediments
- wash out blender to get rid of any ginger sediments remaining
- pour ginger solution back into blender
- Add Coffee
- Add Corn Flakes
- Add Tomatoes
- Add Wheat-Grass Juice
- Blend for 2 minutes
- Pour into cup and enjoy!
