It's an interesting one, mainly for those who are chocolate and cake lovers. The recipe is proved to burn body fat quite effectively.

Introduction to The Recipe – Mini Choco Cakewitches

Let me first introduce you with this fabulous recipe, which is delicious to eat and easy to prepare. This is categorized a type of super food for quick weight loss. It’s a combination of Greek Yogurt, Carbohydrates and Cream. Please note that Greek Yogurt’s combination of fat, protein and carbohydrates, helpful to burn fat to a great extent. The cream used as a major ingredient, includes more proteins than usual, which is enough to make you more satisfied.

Ingredients

Please find below the ingredients of this recipe:

  • Half cup fat reduced cream cheese, maintained at the room temperature.
  • Two tablespoons of confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar)
  • Half cup of Greek yogurt (plain yogurt)
  • Half teaspoon of vanilla extract or any flavor which suits you
  • Vegetable oil for cooking
  • Less than a cup of unbleached flour
  • One fourth cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • Half teaspoon of baking soda
  • Half cup of sugar (granulated)
  • One egg white
  • Three tablespoons of butter (unsalted)
  • Half cup of skimmed milk

Now, before telling you how to prepare this recipe, let me explain some of the ingredients being used in its preparation.

Confectioner’s Sugar

I’d like to tell you something about this kind of sugar. It’s very easy to prepare and is also called as icing sugar. It will take hardly your 15 minutes time to prepare. All you need to do is to grind the granulated sugar for almost 15 minutes until it gets into powder form.

What is Greek Yogurt

I’m sure; you must have taken a decision to prepare this recipe at your home. However, if you don’t know what Greek yogurt is, then let me explain it to you.

Greek yogurt is a kind of strained yogurt. It’s also called as Yogurt Cheese. It’s usually strained in a paper cloth, filter or bag in order to remove its whey. This is done to maintain the consistency of yogurt and cheese after filtering or removing whey.

How to Prepare Greek Yogurt

Please follow the below instructions to prepare Greek yogurt:

  • First, you need to pasteurize the milk by pouring two cups of milk into your pan and then boil it, which will hardly take 1-2 minutes. After that put it off the heat and wait till it gets to room temperature.
  • Ensure that milk is cooled down till 108 degrees. You can easily guess its temperature by putting your fingers into the pan.
  • Now, it’s time to add the bacteria. Please add two tablespoons of yogurt culture packets. After that, you need to stir the cultured milk, and then pour it back into your cup or glass.
  • Now, keep this mixture to 108 degrees. Please turn on your oven’s light for 2-4 minutes, until it gets warm and then put the cup in oven. Now, leave it for 4-10 hours and bring a wireless thermometer and check its exact temperature frequently.
  • It’s time to remove the yogurt from the oven and turn off its light.
  • Now, you need to strain the yogurt. For that, you need to take a piece of cloth and pour the yogurt into it. Now, place the bowl with yogurt into refrigerator.
  • Let the yogurt drain for some time. The longer you drain it, thicker will be the yogurt. When it’s drained enough for 4-5 hours, then you are ready with your yogurt, which is ready to eat.

Preparation of Mini Choco Cakewitches

Now, it’s time to prepare our original dish. Please follow the simple instructions and walk away with this beautiful fat burn recipe.

  • First, you need to beat the confectioner’s sugar with Cream cheese in a bowl. You can do that with the help of electric mixer. Please beat the mixture until it becomes smooth.
  • Now, add some yogurt and vanilla. Please coat three to four baking sheets and cooking spray. Pre heat the oven to around 400 degrees.
  • Now, take another bowl to whisk flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. You need to take another bowl to beat butter and sugar, until the mixture gets smooth.
  • Now, add egg white and beat till it becomes thick and pale yellow. Now, you need to add half the mixture of flour, sugar and butter. Please beat the mixture, until it becomes smooth.
  • Now, spoon your batter into a large bag . Squeeze it to a corner of the bag, and clip half inch off to make it a piping bag.
  • Please squeeze 16 lines of batter, measuring 4 inch long and one inch apart, to each baking sheet.
  • Bake up to 5 to 7 minutes, and then cool it on a wire rack.
  • Spread at least some of the cake with cheese fillings. You may top it with the second cake in order to make sandwiches. Now, sprinkle some cocoa powder, if you desire.
  • You can serve it immediately or store it into a refrigerator.
