Children need healthy food for their growth and mental development. .As parents it is our duty to give them the nutritious food which contains all the vitamins and minerals they needed..

Children are of different type. Some may eat if we praise them . Some if they see some attractive food.Fruits play an important role for the development of their mental power and brain.

Here I am describing an easy method of preparing a nutritious food with some ingredients which is easily available and highly nutritious.Honey ,banana,sugar, Raisin and Ghee.

Honey shortens the duration of bacterial diarrhea in young children.Apart from great taste, honey has lots of health benefits. The glucose in honey is absorbed by the body quickly and gives instant energy.

Banana provides good amount of calories,antioxidants,vitamin and minerals,It reduces constipation problems.Raisin and ghee is very good for the memory power of children.sugar is energy giving food.

(Only five healthy ingredients are needed for this preparation. No cooking is needed)

Only we have to do is to mix the ingredients to get a tasty and nutritious food, Panchamruth.

Because there is no need for cooking the nutritive value of this food is very rich. Your children will surely like it .


  • Banana - 3
  • Sugar - 3 tbs
  • Ghee - 3 tbs
  • Honey - 3 tsb
  • Raisin-50 gm


  1. Peel the bananas and Cut in to small pieces.
  2. Transfer the pieces to a bowl and add sugar , honey , ghee and raisin
  3. Mix well to get panchamruth.

Now a healthy preparation is ready to serve.
