Healthy eatings

kids should be given healthy diet. It is a primary responsibility of a mother to give her children good diet. Good diet for kids usually includes fruits, vegetables, eggs, fish, meat, milk etc. Most of the growth occurs in first two years of life. So in order to assure proper growth of kids, vitamins should also be included in children's diet because lack of vitamins cause a disease called beriberi and retarded growth causes a disease Kwashiorkor. So in order to prevent these diseases we should eat healthy diet ourselves and give healthy food to kids
